Welcome to Village Tutoring

Village Tutoring is a private, in-home, tutoring classroom offering literacy tutoring in Lincoln, Nebraska to children aged PreK to 8th grade. We follow the Orton Gillingham approach to literacy, backed by the Science of Reading (SOR), to provide lessons that are structured, multi-sensory, and phonics-based. We are here to help your child reach their reading/writing goals.

Early intervention is the key to helping struggling readers/writers;

but it's never too late to seek outside support.

Literacy is foundational in everything we do and a predictor of future success. Dyslexic students (1-in-5 children) especially benefit from outside support to help overcome their learning challenges, as do children with other learning disabilities or who are simply falling behind their peers.
